Our Founder’s Story

Meet Rutuja Gajbhiye – Founder/Mother of Mannat Glintara. Mannat Glintara was born from a journey of resilience, love, and passion. Our founder is a software engineer by profession and a proud mother of a wonderful child. Life was balanced, and she had a fulfilling career with a good package—until everything changed in a way she never expected. In 2023, her child was diagnosed with autism at the age of three. As a mother, her priorities shifted, and she made the difficult decision to leave her job to focus entirely on her child’s growth and well-being. While it was the right choice for her family, it took a toll on her personally—she lost her confidence and felt herself slipping into a phase of self-doubt. Amidst this struggle, she realized that her happiness and strength were crucial for her child’s progress. Her husband encouraged her to return to work, but resuming her career wasn’t easy, and job opportunities were scarce. That’s when she decided to take control of her own journey and build something meaningful on her own terms. With a deep love for jewelry and a vision to create something beautiful, she launched Mannat Glintara in December 2023. This brand is not just a business; it’s a symbol of perseverance, passion, and empowerment. Through this venture, she found a way to balance her personal life while pursuing her dream, ensuring that she could be there forher child while building something she truly loves. Mannat Glintara is more than just a jewelry brand—it’s a story of strength, a belief in new beginnings, and a celebration of every woman who dares to follow her passion despite life’s challenges. Thank you for being a part of our journey!
